ヒロセ通商のHirose Traderのツールダウンロードに関してですが、どうやらMicrosoft社から無料配布されている「.NET Framework2.0」をインストールしないと、ダウンロードエラーが出るようです。
Hirose Traderのツールをダウンロードをする前に「.NET Framework2.0」のダウンロード＆インストールをまずお願いします！（WindowsXPのサービスパック２以降では標準でインストールされていますが、それ以前のもにはインストールされておりません）
１．ヒロセ通商のホームページから「.NET Framework2.0」がダウンロードできるので、トップページの左側にある黄色のボタン「Hirose Traderログイン」をクリック。
hirose Traderツールダウンロードというページに切り替わります。
注意点の欄がありますので、「■.NET Framework2.0 ダウンロードURLmicrosoftサイトへ」をクリックしてください。
２．.NET Framework ダウンロードページに行くと思いますので、上から２番目の「Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0 再頒布パッケージ」をクリックして、そこからダウンロードしてください。

ヒロセトレーダーはなかなかに癖の強そうなツールですが、頑張りたいと思います。
と、ダウンロードの追加記事についてなのですが、一つ気になることが。
私がやった時は、「Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 SDK 日本語版」をインストールしようとすると、元データがありません、というようなコメントが出てきて、「Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0 再頒布パッケージ」をインストールしたら、特に問題もなく、ヒロセトレーダーも使えました。とすると、「SDK日本語版」は追加データの可能性が高いです。ただ、エラーがでても実際はインストールされており、「再頒布パッケージ」をインストールしなくても、ヒロセトレーダーを使えた可能性はありますが。
